Cancellation Policy: Your spa service appointments are reserved exclusively for you! As a courtesy to other guests and our service providers, please provide 24 hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule. Cancellations without a 24 hour notice will be charged 100% of the treatment price for the reserved service.

Rescheduling Policy: A 24 hour notice must be given or a fee will be
applied to the service.

Health History: For your safety and to equip our therapists to provide you with excellent service, Orcas Spa requires each customer to fill out a Health History Form. Please notify us of medical or physical conditions, i.e., surgery, injury, high blood pressure, pregnancy, allergies or skin conditions.
