CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

CrossFit:This introductory class is a must if a person wants to excel in the way of fitness pertaining to CrossFit. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. This 8 class course will build the fundamental knowledge you need to make the most of your CrossFit experience. Each class is 1 hour long and involves very personalized coaching. The course in entirety is $60. Classes will be scheduled when the sign up quota is met. See front desk for details.

Group Ride: Please arrive at least 15 minutes early prepared with a towel and a bottle of water.  Items are available at the front desk.
Everyone finishes first in Group Ride®! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This 60 minute cycling program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you Ride On!

Group Power: If you are new to the class, please arrive 15 minutes early to meet with the instructor and get set up for your workout. Group Power® is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power!

Yoga: Yoga is a form of exercise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance. It is also good for relieving stress and relaxing. Yoga has been used as a meditation technique for thousands of years. As you exercise, you meditate on what your body is feeling. Classes are 1.5 hrs long.

Fitness Support Class: Spend time in a group setting in to help create a healthier you! Get support, advice and a few new friends in this relaxed atmosphere of healthy learning. Talk to Shandaya for more details.

Pilates on the ball: (with Pete):
Generally, the program focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.

Cross Fit: This program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. Talk to the front desk about signing up.

BLAST: Blast is a well rounded, full body workout delivered in a condensed intensity. From start to finish the program will only run 30 mins. making it doable even on your lunch break. High energy, challenging with options and modifications to fit all fitness levels. Life leaves us only a few spare minutes a day and finding time to stay fit usually falls by the way side. Introducing OSA BLAST! A 30 minute or less workout delivered by certified trainers to meet your fitness goals. This program is FREE to members and can be purchased in a pass format for nonmembers.

Zumba: Zumba Fitness is the only Latin inspired dance=fitness program that blends red-hot international music, created by Grammy Award Winning producers, and contagious steps to form a fitness party that is downright addictive.
