Group Ride: Please arrive at least 15 minutes early prepared with a towel and a bottle of water.  Items are available at the front desk.

Everyone finishes first in Group Ride®! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This 60 minute cycling program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you Ride On!

Group Power: If you are new to the class, please arrive 15 minutes early to meet with the instructor and get set up for your workout. Group Power® is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power!

Fitness Support Class: Spend time in a group setting in to help create a healthier you! Get support, advice and a few new friends in this relaxed atmosphere of healthy learning. Talk to Shandaya for more details.

Pilates on the ball: (with Pete):
Generally, the program focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.

Tae Kwon Do: Join The martial arts team to establish a balance of mind and body through execution and concentration. Meets twice a week in an informal setting in the Lower level Group Fitness Room.
