We are happy to announce our new Group Fitness rates for non members!
You don't have to be a member to attend a Group Fitness class. If you just want to try it out you can buy a single pass for $7.00 plus tax or save $10.00 and buy 10 passes for $60.00 plus tax! We hope to see you soon in one of our classes!

This 60-minute barbell program strengthens all of your major muscles in an inspiring, motivational group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors.  With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels.  Discover results, discover Group Power!

 
   
       
Everyone finishes first in Group Ride!
Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body.
