Fitness and sports have always been a passion of mine, but for me exercising isn’t just about looking good – it’s about obtaining a balanced mind-body connection. I’ve found that the more I workout, the better I feel- physically, mentally, and emotionally. I absolutely love being outdoors, whether it’s a walk along the beach, a hike around the lake, or just going for a run with my dog. I find it very relaxing to be at one with nature and the more time I spend outdoors, the more centered and free I feel.
In addition to exercising, I enjoy creating art, reading books, and sunbathing! I am a proud-to-be vegan, devoted member of PETA, and Chargers/Seahawks fan!
